Hi
yes as I want to vent it out side to extract moisture from my kitchen.
What do I need to put on the flat roof to vent out a cooker hood extractor fan?

I didn’t know it was necessary.
i believe you extend the pipe up above the roof & the put a cap on
You could use flue pipe for a furnace/ water heater. You’ll need the pipe, roof flashing, storm collar, and cap. You may also need a square to round adapter at the fan’s connection.
Simple, and this comes from an experienced roofer.
Extend the collar on the unit to just past your roof line. Thus it catches the wind. Place a quartered, or square cap on the end of the unit (assuring as even flow as you can) and enjoy the result(s).
