I am a beginner golfer looking to buy my own set of golf clubs. I found two sets which were within my price range:

1. http://www.sportsauthority.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3127698&cp=3052500.3053437.3243984.2273504&f=PAD%2FGender%2FMens&lmdn=Gender&fbc=1&s=A-StorePrice-TSA&fbn=Gender%7CMens&parentPage=family
The Ram™ Cubik men’s graphite package set features a 460cc titanium driver with a deep face for maximum forgiveness, as well as low-profile stainless steel fairway woods that deliver superior launch from any lie. Two iron woods replace the hard-to-hit long irons, and 5-SW undercut irons and a high-MOI putter complete the set. 6 premium head covers and a deluxe stand bag keep the clubs protected and organized.
Driver: 460cc deep-face 6-4 titanium head for maximum forgiveness, lightweight graphite shaft
3 & 5 Fairway Woods: 17-4 stainless steel low-profile heads for superior launch from any lie, lightweight graphite shafts

The Nextt Golf Z One package set is headlined by a 460cc driver with quad channels for a higher trajectory and extra distance from almost any lie. The hybrids match the forgiveness and distance of woods with the accuracy of irons. Contoured wide-sole irons with perimeter weighting provide more forgiveness and better performance, while the deep-face mallet putter features an extra-large sweet spot and multi-point weighting for a solid feel.
Maximum USGA-allowed 460cc driver delivers stability for distance and accuracy off the tee
Quad channels generate a higher trajectory and longer carry with extra distance from almost any lie
Hybrids: Forgiveness and distance of woods matched with the accuracy of the hottest irons
Irons: Contoured wide-sole design helps promote maximum perimeter weighting by lowering CG and relocating critical weight to provide more forgiveness and higher performance

If there is any way you could test these sets out do it. go to your local golf shop or sporting goods store and see if they have them and ask to test them out. If i had to choose without testing them I would go with the first one only because it has a lot more customer reviews. I’ve honestly never tried either set, I enjoy my Mizuno’s. You could check and see if any of the pro-shops have a good used set of clubs for sale, sometimes you can find a great set that way.

Dont buy any of them.

Theres a good reason why they are <$200, for all that cheaply made stuff. my little brother has broken the shafts of these generic brand clubs.

Believe it or not, a set of clubs you use as a beginner can carry you into the game, even as you improve your swing speed and angle.

I recommend buy a solid, steel shaft, offset set of clubs- Name Brand.
For woods, find some inexpensive taylormade’s. buying used is not a bad idea at all.

I would swing both and choose the one that felt the best. I would pick the Ram without hitting them because of the graphite shafts and titanium driver

If you are asking about quality, I’m sorry to tell you but the answer is D-None of the above. You are better off looking for a good quality used set.
